Expedition Donations
Expedition Donations are provided through a partnership between GVCS families and the Foundation. These funds support our Expeditionary Learning model, and allow students to have memorable real-world learning experiences as part of their primary education.
Contributions by Grade Level
As our little kids turn into big kids, the Expeditions that they get to take part in become bigger too. Older grades go on more overnight expeditions, and the educational experiences get better and better. Because of this, the expedition costs are higher at 3rd – 5th grade, and then again in 6th – 8th. Here are the Expedition Donation amounts that we ask per grade level:

Payment Options
You have the option to pay your contribution amount in one payment at the beginning of the school year, or to spread it out over 10 months.
We also offer scholarships for families experiencing financial hardship. Scholarship applications are included in the paperwork that was sent home in your student’s folder at the beginning of the school year. If you did not receive this paperwork, you can pick up another application in the front office.
Pay the Full Amount
To pay your family’s full contribution today, select the grade of your child in the drop-down menu, enter your student’s name and teacher, then click “Add to Cart”.
Repeat this process for each GVCS student in your family.
You will be redirected to Paypal to complete your contribution payment.

You can pay with cash or check in the front office
Pay in 10-month Installments
This option is only available through August 31, 2024!
Select your child’s grade level from the dropdown menu, then enter their name and teacher. Click “Subscribe”. You will be taken to the Paypal page to check out.
Repeat this process for each student in your family before checking out.
